When you step on the scale, it's telling you the sum of all parts. It is all of you: your bones, water, muscle, fat, organs, etc...When you lose weight the WRONG way, and trust me, there is a wrong way, you most likely are losing precious muscle tissue, water, and only a small amount of fat. It's imperative to only lose fat.
