How to Get Abs

You've heard the expression, "Abs are made in the kitchen." Well, abs are not actually made in the kitchen, they are revealed in the kitchen.




You can aim for just having a flat stomach or you can strength train your abdominal muscles to develop and grow the muscles like any other body part. You must use resistance training to break down the muscle fibers in the abdominal region and then all them to recover so that they grow back stronger and bigger. So you decide the level of abdominal development you want, but the real challenge is stripping off the excess fat laying over them, to reveal them in the first place.


So how do I do that?

For starters, you need to learn the most manageable way to shed excess fat and my crash course does just that. During our 1.5 hour meet-up, I'll take you through how the body loses fat (gains fat), build muscle and what food timing principles you can start putting in place immediately, without deprivation, to start getting these results.
