Step away from the cardio and experience the benefits of weight lifting!

I love using the above pic to showcase what a rockin' health body can look like. It's for everybody who wants it and yes, this can be you too! This is what I do...I teach you how to get the "look" you want and that look may be different for everyone.

Learn what to do and then follow-through. It's there for the taking and I can almost guarantee you that you will actually start enjoying training, because, it does sooo much more for you than just fat loss. When they say "people find themselves in the gym" it's true!

#1 Don't fear the weights area

It won't take long before you get over the fear of entering the "weights" area of the gym. Once you learn a few key moves, you'll own it and that fear will become a thing of the past.

#2 You'll actually strengthen your bones

Sure you may not be thinking about your "bone health," but you should. As we get older, our bones get weaker. Building up muscle builds strong bones, which is essential for moving around and being active.

#3 You won't bulk up

Weight lifting will not cause you to look masculine. Fat is bulky, muscle is tight and dense. Too many women have the misconception that using weights will make them look masculine. No. This couldn't be further from the truth. Using synthetic hormones can make you look masculine. We don't do that. We train all-natural. Cue the song, "You make me feel like a natural woman." (sing it to the weights).

#4 Your metabolism operates more efficiently

A pound of muscle burns about 6 calories at rest, whereas a pound of fat only burns about 3 calories. So while many think of cardio as the holy grail of fat burning, it isn't! Just having more muscle on your frame will actually help you burn calories even when you are sitting on the couch and sleeping. Calorie burning ca-ching!

#5 You'll sleep better

When we sleep well, our fat loss improves also, because our hormones, which are responsible for fat loss, come into balance. There's nothing quite like a great night of sleep. You wake up feeling energized, creative, kinder, experience less hunger and cravings...the list goes on.

#6 You'll have more energy

And who doesn't want that?! Yes, using energy building muscle leads to having more energy. Thee's loads of science behind this.

#9 You're confidence will improve

Let's face it. When you look and feel good, it radiates. People "like" to be around people exuding positive energy. Think of someone with that "it" factor. They just have this charisma about them. Weight training truly improves the psychological component of you.

#10 Health improves

While most of us get into the lifestyle of "exercising," to simply look better, a bonus of great health comes with it. Our sex life will improve, energy levels increase, your confidence of looking sexier, etc...I'm telling you, the benefits of this weight lifting lifestyle is immeasurable!
